This Chardonnay oozes sophistication. The name is Afrikaans for "luxury", and it’s so named because winemaker Pieter Walser bought his very first new oak barrel to make it in. What that means is plenty of toasty, mouth-filling new oak complexity to go with that classic Cape fruit. Toasty, refreshing and beautifully structured, it has subtle oak and lemon butter flavours. An absolute stunner!
