Shipping policy

We deliver to any address in Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Delivery is charged at €9.95. 

Free delivery on orders of €150.

NI delivery is charged at €15.

We ship mixed boxes and single bottles from a separate location to cases, so you may see two shipping charges at checkout, but this will be free if you spend €150.

Our cases will usually be delivered in their original boxes direct from our warehouse in Swords, County Dublin. 

Shipping within Ireland and NI only.

Delivery is normally 2 - 3 business days - Orders received by 12 noon will usually be delivered next day (Dublin area).

We don't deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays.

We do not deliver to mainland UK or other international addresses outside of Ireland.

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Please ensure you enter your address correctly, as we do not take responsibility for any failed deliveries due to incorrect address input.

€15.00 delivery charge will apply to orders that need to be re sent due to incorrect address details being entered.

You MUST be over 18 to order on our website and identification to prove this will be required by the delivery driver if they think you look under 23. The ONLY acceptable forms of ID are a passport, drivers’ licence or national age card.

VINTAGE INFORMATION

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the correct vintage (Year of production) of wine is listed in our product pages, there may be some cases where the vintage you receive is different. This doesn't mean the different vintage will be of lesser quality, but we are more than happy to provide an exchange if you do not wish to accept a different vintage.

Returns

If you decide to return your order you must do so within 30 days from the day you receive your order. If you decide to return or exchange please first let us know you are returning it by emailing us on  wine@rainbownationwines.ie

You will be asked to provide us with a printed copy of your original confirmation email as proof of sale in order for your refund to be processed.

The card used in the transaction will be refunded.

Returned goods must be in re-saleable condition with all labels and all paperwork intact. When returning a set of products e. g. a mixed case or gift box, all products must be present with the set complete.

When posting returns, suitable packaging must be used to ensure safe delivery. We suggest you retain your original delivery packing for this purpose.

If your goods are faulty or damaged in transit, we offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any postage costs incurred.
