Why we sourced this wine: I was on the hunt for an unusual white variety that offers something different and showcases the depth and individuality of South African white wine beyond the familiar grapes. Barrel-fermented and beautifully textured, this offers complexity, distinctive character and genuine food-pairing appeal.
