A rare Carmenère from the Cape, a grape widely planted in Chile but nearly extinct in its homeland of Bordeaux. This wine shows a Beautiful cherry red colour with notes of plum and cherries and a hint of mocha. The taste is full and round with supple tannins that ensure a tight yet persistent and satisfying aftertaste. Lozärn is the pioneer of Carmenère in South Africa. Very unique, with only 8 Hectares in total planted throughout region.
