A sublime white blend of South Africa's most well known grape; Chenin Blanc, with a lesser used grape in these parts; Verdelho. Aromas of white peach, lemon rind and jasmine with wet stone minerality adding freshness and focus. Mouth-watering acidity supports a full bodied, mouth-coating palate. Notes of brioche and tart lemon curd lead to a long, pithy finish. Scoring 95 points in Tim Atkins report, we think this wine punches above its price point when compared to the expensive juice from Burgundy and beyond.
