Crafted in the traditional Méthode Cap Classique style, South Africa’s answer to Champagne, Spier MCC Brut is an elegant sparkling wine that delivers exceptional quality and finesse. Made primarily from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and matured on the lees to develop complexity, it combines vibrant freshness with refined character.
Delicate streams of fine bubbles carry aromas of crisp green apple, citrus zest and freshly baked brioche. On the palate, bright acidity is balanced by subtle biscuit notes and a creamy texture, leading to a clean, refreshing finish that invites another sip.
