Variety: Chenin Blanc
Taste: Tropical fruit with green and yellow apple. Crisp acidity, minerality that comes from the alluvial Riverland soils, a succulent mouthfeel and a refreshing finish create a wine that lingers
Food Match: Most vegetable dishes, salads, creamy fish dishes
Decant: Not needed
Great example of quality Chenin Blanc. Lots going on - Some may not like the oaky buttery taste coming through but it makes for a nice balance between the fruit. After taste lingers nicely. A very nice drinking wine which went down all too easily. For me it will go well with fish, shellfish and spices food as well as some softer cheeses. Enjoyable drinking.
