A crisp, refreshing white from the historic Lanzerac Wine Estate in Stellenbosch, this Sauvignon Blanc captures the vibrant fruit and lively acidity that make South African expressions of this classic variety so appealing.
Tasting Notes
Enticing aromas of green apple, Asian pear and white peach balance elegantly with fresh lemongrass and subtle minerality. On the palate, bright acidity and juicy citrus ripple into a smooth, lingering finish, rounded with a hint of creaminess from lees contact.
Winemaking
Grapes are harvested early to preserve natural freshness and aromatic purity, then cool-fermented to maintain crisp fruit character and expressive varietal flavour.
