South Africa’s answer to fine Blanc de Blancs Champagne. Graham Beck Blanc de Blancs Vintage is a beautifully refined Méthode Cap Classique made exclusively from hand-selected Chardonnay grown on the limestone-rich soils of Robertson. Elegant, complex and remarkably fresh, it combines vibrant citrus and green-apple fruit with delicate brioche, roasted almond and subtle spice.
Produced using the traditional bottle-fermented method, the wine spends extended time ageing on its lees, creating its fine mousse, creamy texture and impressive depth. A portion of the Chardonnay is fermented in French oak, adding richness and complexity without overpowering the wine.
The result is a sophisticated vintage sparkling wine with the freshness and precision of great Chardonnay, but with the added complexity that comes from extended bottle maturation.
