A beautifully textured and expressive Chenin Blanc from Gabriëlskloof in South Africa’s cool-climate Bot River. Elodie combines ripe stone fruit and citrus with subtle floral, honeyed and savoury notes, balanced by vibrant acidity and a refined mineral character.

Made from carefully selected grapes and given time to develop complexity, this is a sophisticated Chenin with both freshness and depth. Elegant, layered and wonderfully food-friendly, it’s equally at home with seafood, roast chicken, creamy dishes or simply enjoyed on its own.
