This limited release pinot is all about finesse rather than power. Expect inviting aromas of ripe red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry, layered with subtle spice, earthy notes and beautifully integrated oak. The palate is silky and vibrant, combining juicy red fruit with savoury complexity, fine tannins and a long, elegant finish.
This is a serious Pinot Noir with the sophistication to pair with food, yet enough freshness and charm to enjoy on its own.
Why we sourced this wine: South African Pinot Noir is still relatively undiscovered in Ireland. My goal is to change that - introducing more people to the elegance, character and incredible quality this fantastic variety can offer when grown in the Cape.
