Extraordinarily impressive pinot noir, with a complex and well-textured aroma of truffles and earthy hints of forest soil, which are harmoniously completed and balanced by concentrated nuances of black cherry compote and fine mineral tannins. The main emphasis was placed on purity, dynamics, restraint and balance in the wine. The careful selection of certain clones, which thrive particularly successfully on the clayey soils of the cool Elgin region, brings out the hearty, tangy and earthy spectrum of this noble grape variety in perfect balance, and promises unmistakably delicious enjoyment.
