Bon Courage Pepper Tree Shiraz

A young full-bodied red presenting hints of ripe fruit, reminiscent of spicy plum jam. Ripe, sweet-fruited nose with an abundance of berries, pepper and vanilla.

Smoke and spice develop as the glass stands. Rounded tannins make for easy drinking even at this early age but will develop with great benefit over 4 to 5 years. This wine should benefit from further maturation.
