A luxurious example of South Africa's very own grape variety, aged for 14 months in French oak. 10% of the wine was matured in new barrels and the rest in second and third-fill barrels. This gives the red wine a fine cedar wood aroma. The colour is deep red and the nose reveals complex aromas of blackberries and plums. The palate is wonderfully balanced and juicy with a fleshy note. Opulent and with a fine texture, this Pinotage shows the full range of the grape variety.
