Tasting Notes
Aromas of blackberry, mulberry, and dark cherry are layered with black pepper, clove, and subtle floral notes. The palate is medium to full-bodied, offering juicy dark fruit, fine-grained tannins, and well-integrated oak leading to a long, savoury finish.

Winemaking
Fruit is carefully harvested and fermented to preserve varietal character, then matured in oak to add depth and complexity without overwhelming the wine’s natural freshness.
