This chardonnay from the slopes of the Simonsberg Mountain is classy and elegant. The palate combines subtle citrus fruit, vanilla and nutty complexity with fresh mineral tones and a tangy finish. Only a slight hint of oak, perfect if you prefer less heavy use of oak in your whites.
