A stylish, succulent Pinotage from a single vineyard site. This wine has Fresh red fruit aromas with hints of spice and earthy tones. The palate is vibrant and fresh, with subtle tannins and lingering red fruit.
Grapes hand-selected, sorted, berries de-stemmed, 5 days cold soaking on the skins. Spontaneously fermented, punched down 3 times daily for extraction, pressed after fermentation. 12 months aged in neutral French Oak before bottling on Estate.
