The soft textured tannins, a full-bodied mouthfeel and a silken finish lend itself as a platform to a heady mix of red berry and black fruit flavours combined with floral notes and fynbos nuances. A shiraz for those who say they don't drink Shiraz, this provides an excellent starting point without being too bold and complex.
