Flagship bubbly from the Capes premier sparkling wine producer. This world class Cap Classique would not look out of place in a lineup of high end Champagne, but at a fraction of the price. Wonderfully elegant and refined, with lots of energy. Presenting citrus notes, a subtle toasty touch and extra layers of complexity from the use of different fermentation vessels. It's easy to see why Tim Atkin has awarded this sparkling wine of the year for the past few years, consistently scoring a staggering 97 points.
