Boekenhoutskloof

A small farm known as Boekenhoutskloof was founded in 1776 in the Franschhoek valley. As the name of the town suggests, the French Hugenots were the first people to settle and employ the ideal soils and Mediterranean climate for growing fine wine grapes.
