Excellent South African Bordeaux style red, with an interplay of dark fruits and spice on the nose, followed by beautiful flavours of blackberry, cherry and cocoa. The palate is soft and rounded with a velvety texture.

Another incredible SA Bordeaux Blend

I've been lucky enough now to try a number of incredible South African Reds from Rainbow Nation Wines . This Bordeaux style blend from Anthonij Rupert is the best so far and that's saying something. Big, bold and balanced! On the nose mixed red and black fruits and some leather and cedar. More of all of the above on the palate with plum, blackberry, cherry prominent and a little earth, pepper and spice. Delightful, long finish with noticeable tannins, medium acidity and medium alcohol at 14%. 94 Points

Best red of SA

This has to be one of the best red wines available in South Africa. A great blend and very easy to drink.
Please keep it in stock, I’ll be buying more for special occasions.
