A blend of both old and young vines, this is an intensely aromatic and complex Chenin, displaying notes of fresh nectarines, orange rind, and touches of lanolin. On the palate, there is a freshness and lively lemon zest coming to the fore, while more stone fruits such as apricot and peach can be found on the finish. Thanks to its ancient granite terroir, the wine has a saline edge, which cuts through the richness.
