Produced using the same methods as Champagne, this Cap Classique presents a delicate translucent colour with a slight green edge and a prominent mousse. Gentle flavours of toasted biscuit, creamy lees and fresh apple end with a long, elegant, dry finish. An excellent choice for a celebration, or indeed any occasion.
