The mouth-feel has depth and clarity of fruit with integrated oak flavours. Finely crafted tannins and a beautiful layered fruit infused finish.
Why Steve sourced this wine: "I first tasted this at a friends house in Cape Town back in 2017, they paired it with a steak dinner, so it has some nostalgia for me. I noticed a lack of good quality SA shiraz in Ireland, so I think this is a great fit for the market, it's big and bold, with stunning depth and balance, loads of ripe dark fruit, I'm confident you'll love it as much as I do!"
