A vibrant and elegant white blend from Stellenbosch, Spier Creative Block 2 brings together Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon in a beautifully balanced expression of freshness, texture and depth.

The Sauvignon Blanc provides lively citrus, gooseberry and subtle herbaceous notes, while the Sémillon adds weight, softness and gentle complexity. Aromas of lemon zest, ripe pear and white peach are layered with hints of honeysuckle and a delicate mineral edge.

On the palate, this wine is crisp yet rounded, with bright acidity balanced by a creamy mid-palate and a clean, refreshing finish. Carefully crafted to retain purity of fruit while adding structure, it is both refreshing now and capable of short-term ageing.

An excellent partner for seafood, grilled fish, fresh salads, goat’s cheese and light poultry dishes — or simply enjoyed on its own.
