Their flagship red, this stunning and unusual blend embodies the soul of South Africa and is characterized by mature aromas of ripe, wild plums and dark fruit. Complemented by notes of white herbs, a smoked wood touch and terroir, this is a very complex and striking wine.
A careful blend of 60% Syrah and 40% Pinotage matured for 18 months in oak barrels in the cellars of the estate, and then rested in the bottle for another 18 months before it was ready to be traded.
