Delightfully light and fresh, this dry sparkling rosé presents elegant flavours of strawberry and citrus. Medium-bodied, the wine displays light acidity ending with a crisp, cheerful finish. 35-year-old dry farmed Cinsault grapes, gently pressed in whole bunches & fermented from native yeasts before being bottled with a spritz of c02 to yield a crisp, clean and lightly sparkling rosé
