Babylonstoren Sprankel

A Superb Sparkling wine from Babylonstoren in South Africa, this vibrant bubbly is made in the Méthode Cap Classique way (same method as Champagne). Fresh and well-balanced with a very fine mousse and soft acidity. Delicious lemon and lime with beautiful minerality and lingering, crisp finish.
