The palate is weightless yet detailed, carried by silky tannins, lively acidity and a long, mineral finish that reflects the vineyard’s altitude and sandy soils. Vibrant, refined and quietly powerful, Soldaat is one of Eben Sadie’s most elegant reds and a benchmark for South African Grenache. Produced in limited quantities and praised by leading critics, including 95 points from Tim Atkin.
